The Archives départementales du Bas-Rhin keep public and private archives since the VIIIth century.

Archives can be producted in the search room, where 14 computers are desinged for genealogical ressearch (Booking is compulsory). There are 10 seats are available for the consultation of original documents.

Our home page is in French because all our finding aids are in French.

As for the genealogical ressearches, the civil status acts should be available on line around 2011.
